Die \u00dcberwindung des Engpasses, der aktuell im Bereich der Mobilit\u00e4t zu verzeichnen ist, sowohl was die beruflich bedingte als auch die freizeitbezogene Mobilit\u00e4t angeht, hat f\u00fcr die Regierung h\u00f6chste Priorit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/transports.public.lu\/fr\/contexte\/strategie\/modu2.html\/\">Die Strategie f\u00fcr nachhaltige Mobilit\u00e4t<\/a> (MODU 2.0) stellt diesbez\u00fcglich eine Orientierung dar, die es gilt weiter auszugestalten und umzusetzen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zielsetzung ist es hierbei, eine gute Anbindung an \u00f6ffentliche Verkehrsmittel zu gew\u00e4hrleisten und die aktive Mobilit\u00e4t schon im Planungsstadium zu ber\u00fccksichtigen, sowohl im Bereich der Stra\u00dfen- und Schieneninfrastruktur, wie bei \u00f6ffentlichen Geb\u00e4uden, beim Neubau von Wohnungen, beim Aufbau von Freizeitangeboten und bei der Gestaltung von Einkaufszentren, sowie ein zielgerichtetes Parkraummanagement einzuf\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In diesem Rahmen wird nach der Strategie, die Modu 2.0 vorsieht, ein nationaler Mobilit\u00e4tsplan entwickelt und auf die Bed\u00fcrfnisse des Horizontes 2035 zugeschnitten.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um die Daten f\u00fcr die Mobilit\u00e4tsplanung auf effiziente und durchgehende Art und Weise zu ermitteln, wird ein Mobilit\u00e4tsobservatorium eingef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nach dem Start der multimodalen Strategie Modu 2.0 im Mai 2018 und dem Erfolg der Einf\u00fchrung des kostenlosen \u00f6ffentlichen Transports im Gro\u00dfherzogtum Luxemburg im M\u00e4rz 2020, hat<strong> Fran\u00e7ois Bausch<\/strong>, Vizepremierminister, Minister f\u00fcr Mobilit\u00e4t und \u00f6ffentliche Arbeiten, <strong>den Nationalen Mobilit\u00e4tsplan 2035<\/strong> in einer internationalen Pressekonferenz am 22. April 2022<strong> vorgestellt.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der innovative <strong>PNM 2035 - Nationale Mobilit\u00e4tsplan<\/strong> bietet ein globales Konzept, mit dem 40 % mehr Fahrten im Vergleich zu 2017 bew\u00e4ltigt werden k\u00f6nnen. Er setzt die Ans\u00e4tze um, die in der Modu 2.0-Strategie f\u00fcr eine nachhaltige Mobilit\u00e4t empfohlen wurden, n\u00e4mlich:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00dcbergang von einer Nachhollogik zu einer Antizipationslogik der zuk\u00fcnftigen Nachfrage;<\/li>\n<li>erst die Anzahl der Personen bestimmen, die zu einem bestimmten Ort fahren m\u00fcssen, dann die f\u00fcr den Kontext am besten geeigneten Verkehrsmittel f\u00f6rdern<\/li>\n<li>und schlie\u00dflich die vier Mobilit\u00e4tsakteure, d. h. den Staat, die Gemeinden, die Arbeitgeber und die B\u00fcrger, mobilisieren.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Fran\u00e7ois Bausch, Vizepremierminister und Minister f\u00fcr Mobilit\u00e4t und \u00f6ffentliche Arbeiten, stellte den PNM 2035 au\u00dferdem im Rahmen von 10 \u00f6ffentlichen Pr\u00e4sentationen der \u00d6ffentlichkeit vor.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Der Nationale Mobilit\u00e4tsplan 2035 ist in Deutsch, Franz\u00f6sisch und Englisch erh\u00e4ltlich und kann heruntergeladen oder bestellt werden. Damit steht sie vor gro\u00dfen Herausforderungen im Bereich der Mobilit\u00e4t, einem vorrangigen und entscheidenden Aspekt ihrer Entwicklungsstrategie. So umfasst das Busnetz der Stadt dank der j\u00fcngsten Erweiterungen und Verbesserungen heute 39 Linien, die alle 24 Stadtviertel der Hauptstadt bedienen. Die Busflotte bef\u00f6rdert pro Jahr \u00fcber 29.800.000 Fahrg\u00e4ste auf einer Gesamtstrecke von 13.190.000 km. Zus\u00e4tzlich wird das \u00f6ffentliche Nahverkehrsangebot durch die Einf\u00fchrung der Tram und die Erweiterung ihres Netzes erg\u00e4nzt. Zudem ist sie f\u00fcr die Verwaltung und Instandhaltung der Infrastruktur und der Tramw\u00e4gen zust\u00e4ndig. Sie f\u00fchrt alle Studien, Auftragsvergaben und Bauarbeiten sowie die Beschaffung des rollenden Materials durch.<\/p>\n<p>LUXTRAM plant die Fertigstellung der Linie 1 von Findel Flughafen bis Cloche d'Or bis Ende 2024. Vor zwei Jahren wurde LUXTRAM mit den zuk\u00fcnftigen Erweiterungen des Tramnetzes der Stadt Luxemburg und dem Bau der Schnelltram in die Stadt Esch an der Alzette beauftragt.<\/p>\n<p>Es steht au\u00dfer Zweifel, dass LUXTRAM zur Diversifizierung des \u00f6ffentlichen Verkehrs und zur Entwicklung einer nachhaltigen Mobilit\u00e4t (MoDu) in Luxemburg beitr\u00e4gt.
